Full House Realty is a unique, flat-fee real estate services boutique, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  We specialize in providing innovative solutions to your real estate needs.  Our flat-fee real estate services allow you to sell your home as a "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO) seller, with the confidence and assistance our resources provide, while saving significantly from the cost of traditional commission-based listing services.  We also offer real estate consulting, MLS listing, and other real estate marketing services. 

The one-size-fits-all approach of traditional commission-based real estate service does not allow you to obtain cost-effective and customized service if you take an active role in the sale of your home, and does not address the fact that not all sellers want or need the same "solution".  We have designed services and solutions that are designed and adapted to fit your needs, and the cost is based on the service provided, not the value of your home.
